3. Liability
The publisher of the Application, Fifteen, makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published in the Application, reserving the right to correct its content at any time and without prior notice, in collaboration with the beneficiary CityBike España SLU. However, it cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the information available and declines all responsibility in the event of errors, omissions, or delays in updating the information.
Furthermore, the publisher declines all responsibility for damages resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party that has led to the modification of the information made available in the Application.
Use of the Application is at the user’s sole responsibility. The publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages resulting from access to, use of, or inability to use the Application, including, but not limited to, data loss or service interruptions.
The Application may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. The publisher exercises no control over such sites and declines all responsibility for their content or use.
The user is responsible for protecting their equipment and data against viruses and other cyber threats. The publisher shall not be liable for damage to the user’s equipment or data loss resulting from the use of the Application.
The publisher’s liability shall not be engaged for damages, errors, or interruptions in the Application’s services.

All content present in the Bici Gijón Application (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, etc.) is protected by current intellectual property legislation and is the exclusive property of Fifteen, CityBike España SLU, or, where applicable, their partners. No license or right is granted other than the right to consult and use the Application.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Application, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization from its owner.
The images, photographs, and illustrations used in the Application are the property of Fifteen or CityBike España SLU, or are used with the authorization of their authors. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
The Bici Gijón trademark is a registered trademark of CityBike España SLU, under number M 4188057.
5. Updates and Versions
The Bici Gijón Application is regularly updated to improve its features and security. Users are advised to keep the application up to date to enjoy the best possible experience.
Older versions of the Application may become incompatible without prior notice. The publisher shall not be liable for incompatibilities resulting from the use of an outdated version.
6. Download and Use Conditions
The Bici Gijón Application can be downloaded free of charge from the official platforms (App Store and Google Play). The download is intended for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with its purpose as a public service.
